NMP Ilocos Sur Regional Complex

The museum managed by the National Museum houses paintings of Esteban Pichay Villanueva of 1807 Basi Revolt. It also exhibits the "basi", the quintessential Ilocano liquor nade of fermented sugar-cane juice. Also found in the museum are paintings of National Artists Fernando Amorsolo and Guillermo Tolentino. The museum used to be the Provincial Jail where President Elpidio Quirino was born.
