Bicentennial Park

This commemorative arch situated at the Bicentennial Park serves as a mini-museum of what transpired in Ilocos Sur over 200 years framed within, which symbolizes the passing of a great event.
It was erected to symbolize the 200th year anniversary of Ilocos Sur being an independent province.
