A colorful thanksgiving festival in the province of Ilocos Sur.
Candon City being the trading center of Ilocos Sur celebrates the annual Tobacco Festival as a way of thanksgiving for the bounty harvest of Tobacco. The Tobacco industry is still the major livelihood of the Ilocono folks in the Ilocos Region.
