Bagnet Festival

Held every December, Narvacan is banking on the town’s culinary past to bring in more domestic and foreign tourist and reclaiming its position as the birthplace of bagnet,

The delicacy that is a craze all over Ilocandia and to gourmands. Every Narvacan household still holds the secret to the special technique of preparing the crispiest and tastiest bagnet that has eluded the gastronomic inclinations of other Ilocano foodies which are also into bagnet production.
