Banayoyo

Banana is one of the most abundant fruit crops in the Province of Ilocos Sur. It is also one of the sources of income for farmers. Banayoyo has various ideas in turning banana into many processed products. Banana can be processed to make Banana Flour, Banana Pastilyas, Banana Puree, Dried Banana Blossoms, Banana Chips, and Pastilyas De Saging.
